The rules that govern use of this website and any engagement of our services — including the plain statement that we are not a law firm.

1. Acceptance
By using https://waheedmirza.ca or engaging Peachtree Legal Services LLC you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
2. Nature of our services
We are not a law firm. We are a legal document preparation and closing-support company. We do not practise law, we do not provide legal advice or legal opinions, and we do not represent clients before any court or agency. We prepare documents at your written direction and provide notarial and coordination services. No attorney–client relationship is created by contacting us, engaging us, or reading this website. You are responsible for deciding what documents you need and what they should say; where you need advice on that, you should consult an Ohio-licensed attorney, and we will happily provide names.
3. Engagement and quotes
A quote is valid for 30 days. Work begins only after you accept the quote in writing and the 50% deposit clears. The quoted flat fee covers the scope listed in the quote and one revision round. If the scope changes, we will stop and re-quote before continuing.
4. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete and truthful information and documents
- Review every draft carefully before signing — you are responsible for the contents of documents you execute
- Present valid, unexpired government photo identification at any notarization
- Meet deadlines set by third parties such as lenders, courts and county offices
- Tell us promptly if any fact changes
5. Fees and payment
Fees are as stated in your written quote and, for standard services, as published on our pricing page. Government filing, recording, transfer and apostille charges are separate and billed at cost. Payment terms are 50% on acceptance and 50% on delivery. Invoices unpaid after 30 days may carry interest at 1.5% per month, to the extent permitted by Ohio law.

7. Turnaround times
Stated turnaround times are business-day estimates that begin when we have a complete intake. They may be affected by third parties outside our control, including lenders, title agencies, county offices and state agencies. Where a delay is within our control we waive rush fees and credit $75 against the invoice.
8. Intellectual property
All text, images, layout and code on this website are owned by Peachtree Legal Services LLC and protected by United States copyright law. Document templates remain our property; you receive a licence to use the completed documents we prepare for you, for your own purposes.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Ohio law, our total liability arising out of any engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits. We carry $1,000,000 in professional liability insurance. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.
10. Third-party links
This site links to government offices and other third-party sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Franklin County, Ohio, and both parties consent to that jurisdiction. Before filing, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution by telephone or mediation for at least 30 days.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force when you accepted your quote governs your engagement.
