Priced separately (quoted first)
- Same-business-day rush handling — $150
- Additional revision rounds beyond the first — $75 each

Boundaries
What we do not do
Being clear about this saves everyone time, and it is the single most common reason we refer an enquiry elsewhere on the first call.
We do not: give legal advice or legal opinions; select or recommend which legal strategy you should adopt; appear in court or before an administrative body; negotiate on your behalf; handle contested probate, divorce, custody, criminal or immigration matters; hold client funds in escrow; or provide tax, accounting or investment advice.
What we do instead: if your matter requires any of the above, we tell you on the intake call and provide the names of independent Ohio-licensed attorneys or CPAs who handle that work. Many clients then use us for the document preparation portion alongside their chosen professional, which keeps their overall cost down.
Turnaround windows
Estate packages 2–3 business days. Deeds and affidavits 24–48 hours. LLC filings same day to the Secretary of State. Closing files worked continuously from contract to closing day.
Payment
50% on acceptance of the quote, 50% on delivery. We accept card, ACH bank transfer, check and cash. Filing and recording fees are billed at cost with the receipt attached.
