Our office is at 826 Peachtree Street on the west side of Columbus, a short drive from the Franklin County Recorder and the Ohio Secretary of State’s client service centre — which is exactly why we chose it.
Mobile appointments within Franklin County carry a flat $75 travel fee. Outside the county we add $0.70 per mile from the office, quoted before you book so there is no surprise on the invoice.
Signings are regularly held at homes, workplaces, hospitals, rehabilitation centres, assisted-living facilities and title agency conference rooms.
