Peachtree Legal Services LLC is a legal document preparation and closing-support company registered in Ohio. We are not a law firm. John Brown and our staff are not attorneys and are not licensed to practise law in Ohio or any other state. We do not provide legal advice, legal opinions, legal representation or recommendations about which legal course of action you should take.
2. No attorney-client relationship
Reading this website, sending us a form, emailing us, calling us or engaging our services does not create an attorney–client relationship, and no communication with us is protected by attorney–client privilege. If you need privileged advice, retain a licensed Ohio attorney.
3. What we actually do
We prepare documents based on the information and instructions you give us, we coordinate the practical steps of a transaction, and we provide notarial services under our Ohio notary commission. Deciding what documents you need, and what they should contain, is your decision — taken with an attorney where appropriate.

Everything on this site, including the guides and FAQ, is general information about Ohio procedure. It is not advice, it may not be current, and it may not apply to your circumstances. Do not act or refrain from acting on the basis of anything you read here without checking your own situation.
5. No guarantee of outcome
We do not guarantee any particular legal, financial or transactional outcome. Turnaround times depend in part on third parties, including lenders, title agencies, courts, county recorders and state agencies.

7. When to consult an attorney
