A notary verifies identity and witnesses a signature. A notary cannot tell you what to sign, explain what a document means in legal terms, or choose a certificate for you — ask the drafter, or ask us to prepare the document properly in the first place.

Book
Call, email or use the contact form with the document type, number of signatures and where you want to meet.
Confirm
We confirm the appointment, the fee and what ID each signer must bring — unexpired, government issued, with a photo.
Sign
We verify identity, complete the notarial certificate, and log the act in our journal.
Deliver
You get the executed originals plus scanned copies; loan packages are shipped the same day by tracked courier.

Questions about notary public & signing services
What ID do I need?
An unexpired, government-issued photo ID: an Ohio driver's licence or state ID, a US passport, a military ID or a permanent resident card. Every signer needs their own, and photocopies are not acceptable.
Is remote online notarization valid in Ohio?
Yes. Ohio has authorised remote online notarization since 2019 under R.C. 147.60 and following. The signer's identity is verified by credential analysis and knowledge-based authentication, and the session is recorded and retained.
Can you notarize a document that is already signed?
Not for a jurat, where the signature must be made in the notary's presence. For an acknowledgement the signer must appear and acknowledge that the signature is theirs, so you still need to be there.
Do you travel to hospitals and nursing homes?
Regularly. We ask about the signer's condition first, because the signer must be aware, willing and able to communicate their intent. If they are not, we cannot proceed, and we will tell you that honestly.
Do you offer evening and weekend appointments?
Yes. Mobile signings run until 8:00pm on weekdays and 10:00am to 2:00pm on Saturdays across the Columbus metro.
