Our complete fee schedule, published in full. You get the same numbers on the phone that you see here, confirmed in a written quote before any work begins.
How to read this page. All prices are flat fees in US dollars for the service described. Government charges — county recording fees, Ohio Secretary of State filing fees, transfer taxes, apostille fees — are separate, billed at cost, with the receipt attached to your invoice. Payment is 50% on acceptance and 50% on delivery. Prices current as of March 4, 2026.

No hourly billing
We do not run a clock. A quoted file stays at the quoted price unless you change the scope, and any change is re-quoted in writing first.
No hidden fees
Government fees appear on your invoice at the exact amount charged, with the receipt attached. We do not mark them up.
Late means free rush
If we miss a delivery date for a reason within our control, the rush fee is waived and we credit $75 against the invoice.
