Are you a law firm?
No. Peachtree Legal Services LLC is a legal document preparation and closing-support company. We prepare documents at your direction and coordinate the practical side of a transaction. We do not give legal advice or represent clients. When a matter needs legal judgment, we refer you to an independent Ohio-licensed attorney and can continue handling the paperwork alongside them.
How much does a typical file cost?
Most residential closing-support files run $450–$895, estate document packages start at $325, and Ohio LLC formation is $399 plus state filing fees. The complete schedule is on our pricing page, and your written quote is fixed once accepted.
How fast can you turn documents around?
Standard drafts are delivered within 24–48 business hours of receiving a complete intake. Rush service (same business day) is available for an additional $150 subject to capacity.
Do you work outside Columbus?
Yes. We regularly serve Franklin, Delaware, Licking, Fairfield, Pickaway, Madison and Union counties, and we handle document preparation for clients anywhere in Ohio using remote online notarization. See our service area.
